What a calming sense of peace to have released this book, my first book; Ms. Mary.  Ms. Mary is a personal memoir, an encounter and experience I had almost 30 years ago that I remember as if it happened just yesterday. 

Meeting Ms. Mary was an experience I didn't expect, nor did I expect the outcome. One of the most important things I learned was to never stop giving. Even when I think I have nothing to give, there is something. To allow someone to deplete me and take advantage of my kindness is not an option, but, my hands are never clenched so tight that I can't give to anyone in need. 

This book is a synopsis of my blog and podcast; Thurty 2nds Uv Encouragement, giving of myself to encourage, inspire, and support others.
